LEED For Homes House
Clawson Architects was contacted by the client to design a home with specific design criteria; a traditional style home on an infill lot and to obtain a LEED for Homes Silver designation. While there's no guarantee that a home will garner a LEED Silver Certification, confidence is high that we will meet this goal.

The 2,500 square foot new home will have a front and back porch, geo-thermal and solar technologies. The project is currently in design development. On this page we have included site analysis and considerations.
