Premium Custom Modular House

The Clients requested that we work with Modular Builders to create a Premium Traditional Style Custom House. This House is a Hybrid in that it is not a typical Modular House where the majority of the house is assembled at the factory and delivered to the site. The House we have designed will have many of the finishes and details completed/installed on site. Furthermore, the finishes and mechanical systems are not from stock selections.

The 9,000 square foot home will be energy efficient and will include LED Lighting throughout, geo-thermal and solar technologies, zoned radiant heat floors, polyurethane closed-cell 2 lb foam insulation in the walls, and a foundation using Superior Wall Systems.

A state of the art mechanical system for the air filtration and humidification as well as smart house system, allowing remote access via smart phone to the heating and air conditioning system as well as the lighting and music.
