Built in 1964 and renovated in 1984, the current home owners purchased the home in 2004 with the idea that it could be improved upon to meet their needs.

The clients program called for four bedrooms and a second bathroom on a second floor as well as a whole new look that would give the house more curb appeal. This is the schematic sketch.
