After The custom stainless and glass shelves flanking the new stainless hood give extra storage with easy access for any multi tasking chef while adding a cool sense of style. Large pantry closets and wall ovens are located on the back wall, with more seating at a second raised bar.
By relocating the powder room and the basement/side door entrance to a central core and eliminating the butlers pantry we were almost there. Large windows that match the existing windows in the dining room were added to the back wall along with a new glass door, yielding great views of the yard and easy access to the deck and grill.
Opening the kitchen up to the dining room with a new soap stone bar and glassed in cabinets allows for the more casual life style the family enjoys.
