South Hero, Vermont

Former clients consulted the Clawson Team regarding a potential property in South Hero, Vermont on Lake Champlain. The 1980’s home lacked any sense of style and had limited views of Lake Champlain. As a waterfront property this was priority one. The initial design sketches added windows and balconies to take full advantage of the magnificent views while adding the much needed details. The client loved the vision and the property was purchased. Clawson Architects was thrilled to work together again with the Fearns and help create their newest "dream home."
